Cross Lake Charter The Crosslake Community School’s curriculum will be fully integrated and based on themes. The school will use the Minnesota Graduation Standards as a framework for developing the curriculum. The students will be placed in multi-aged classes. Nisswa Really good educational site for elementary kids. Crosby-Ironton Located on the Cuyuna Range, which is within Crow Wing County in the heart of Minnesota's lake country. Three educational campuses: High School, Range Area Alternative Program, and Cuyuna Range Elementary School. Aitkin "We believe everyone can learn and experience success." McGregor The elementary grade curriculum consists of basic subject matter. In addition, a variety of compensatory programs are offered. These programs include Chapter I Reading and Math, Mildly Mentally Handicapped (MMH), Learning Disabled (LD), Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Adaptive Physical Education (ADPE) and Speech. Other special education services are available through the Paul Bunyan Cooperative. Senior high courses are organized on the semester plan. In addition to meeting or exceeding all State requirements, the curriculum offers the student a wide range of electives. A variety of extracurricular activities is also available for those who wish to participate. Milaca Milaca Elementary School Staff are dedicated to providing learning experiences which enable all students to attain their highest potential. We believe it is vital that students develop the academic skills, social skills and self-esteem necessary to function effectively in our world. Here at the Milaca High School it is our goal to creat a positive environment built on honesty, trust and respect. We want our school to be a place where learning and working are fun, and want to be recognized as one of the best schools in Minnesota. Mora We recently added a new section called ParentsCount to our Mora Public Schools web site. This new online resource contains a wealth of information for parents--including discipline and behavior management strategies, a “Frequently Asked Questions” section, a glossary of educational terms, tips for communicating with teachers and working with the school, and a variety of articles to help you help your child succeed in school. Cambridge "The mission of the Cambridge-Isanti Public Schools is to enable all students to learn skills, acquire knowledge, and develop attitudes necessary to reach their full potential as citizens who can meet the challenges of a changing society." Pine City Pine City Elementary 700 W 6th Street Pine City High School 1400 6th Street Princeton High School: Middle School: A student's day consists of attending five core classes with team teachers in one of three grade level houses. These classes include: English, Science, Math, Social Studies, and Graduation Standards. The remaining hours of a student's day are spent attending courses in specialist areas which are: Physical Education, Health, Band, Choir, Music Skills, Art, Family and Consumer Science, and Technology Education. These, along with the offices, media center, computer labs, gymnasium, and cafetorium, which serves as a dining area as well as a performance area, are located in the central corridor and 4th wing of the building. North Elementary: South Elementary: Early Childhood: Sauk Rapids / Rice The Rice Elementary School (320-393-2177) is located in the city of Rice. Schooling is for kindergarten through grade five. The student population is approximately 495. The elementary school is proud of a student to teacher ratio of 22 to 1. There are 35 certified staff members and 30 support personnel in the school. The Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School (320-654-9073) is located in the town of Sauk Rapids approximately 15 minutes south of the city of Rice. The new middle school was constructed in 1995. The students travel to this school by school district provided buses.
